Platinum Card
Eligibility and Registration
The Platinum Membership Card is available only to customers with an account balance of at least 6000 Saudi Riyals, including previously purchased services and products.
The Platinum Membership Card can be requested directly from the reception service, and the manager within the branch has the right to accept or reject the issuance of the card if the stated conditions are not met.

Card Validity and Renewal
The Platinum Membership Card is valid for one year from the date of issuance.
There are some exceptions to the validity period, where the card is not valid during the following seasons:
- Holidays
- Eid
- Ramadan

Additional offers
After the expiration of the annual validity period, the eligible customer can renew the card upon request, provided that the necessary conditions for holding the card are still met.
There are no fees associated with the Platinum Membership Card.
Customers holding the Platinum Membership Card can benefit from the loyalty points associated with the card.

Loyalty Points
- Loyalty points earned from using the Platinum Membership Card can be converted into offers or gifts.
Loyalty Points: 1 point = 100 Saudi Riyals. - Loyalty points associated with the Platinum Membership Card can only be used for purchases services from Glorious Services, and not for the purchase of products.
- The validity period of loyalty points is only 3 months.
- If the loyalty points are not used within the 3-month validity period, they will be immediately removed/canceled.
